* Do you have a premium accounts feature?
o No, not yet! but some very funky features are being worked on

o Our philosophy is different to sites like rapidshare.com who do everything to annoy the user to pay up, we think providing a more compelling service with more features is a better choice and help maintain the goodwill with our users.
* What are the upload file size limits?
o Guest User ~ 100MB per file
o Free Registered User ~ 150MB per file
o If uploading more than one file, the total cant exceed the above
o These limits are subject to change, we used to have higher limits but it seems uploading / downloading very large files over HTTP is unreliable process and its hard to make any guarantees above 100MB
o Premium accounts will have a higher upload file size probably, but not yet available
* How many files can I upload?
o As many files as you like
* Are there any download limits?
o Our bandwidth is shared between all users, so at peak times it might get slow, beside our best effort guarantee we can not promise anything to guest and free users
o Free registered accounts get faster downloads than Guest users
o Download accelerators such as FlashGet are allowed
o Please don't open more than 2 parallel connections per download our your download may expire
o Each Download Ticket expires after several dozen connections or 12hours, whichever comes first
o Our servers are in USA and Germany so the people in them countries should get the faster speeds in theory.
o There are no download counters! and you can download all you want! Same as you could with mihd.net for last 2 years, tho there is a CAPTCHA to stop automated requests.
* Can i resume downloads?
o Yes! even for free users
* I got an error message during upload/download what should i do?
o See contact link down bottom of each page, send us a quick email, be happy to help you out.
* Do i have to install anything to download?
o No you don't have to install anything, any toolbars or spyware like other sites do
just make sure you have a recent enough browser to make the most of this site.
* What is the relation between ifile.it and mihd.net?
o iFile.it is the replacement for mihd.net, checkout blog for more details
* How long are my files kept?
o Guest users, 30 days after last download
o Free registered users:
+ 90 days after last download for files below 100MB
+ 30 days after last download for files above 100MB
o Note the above limits are not strictly enforced and in reality sometimes takes longer if theres no need and plenty of storage available at times
* Do you do direct downloads?
o This feature is working and will be included with any future premium accounts
* Is there a HTTP file fetcher?
o Yes this feature is working and will be included with any future premium accounts
* Is there FTP upload?
o No, not yet, were planning this feature from premium users
* Do you provide WebDAV access?
o No, not yet, were planning this feature from premium users
